Filing Fee Increase Effective November 1, 2021

Effective November 1, 2021, filing fees for actions in the Common Pleas Court, Division of Domestic Relations, Butler County, Ohio, shall be as follows below. The changes are the result of a new mandatory parent education class contract increasing the cost of the class from $50.00 to $58.00 per participant, thereby increasing the total filing fees by $16.00 on actions involving children.
