1. New divorce complaints filed on or after September 1, 2023 shall be set for a Telephone Initial Status Conference (ISC) with the Assigned Judge. The ISC shall be set ninety (90) days from the filing date. All parties shall be prepared to discuss service issues, discovery and settlement. If an answer has been filed prior to the ISC, the ISC shall be used as a scheduling conference.
2. Local Rule DR17-Process Server - has been amended and effective immediately. See the court’s website for the amended local rules. Comments will accepted until September 19, 2023 and can be directed to Kari Yeomans via drcourtwebresponse@butlercountyohio.org
3. Effective September 1, 2023, parties shall be responsible for filing Objections to Magistrate Decisions – (G82).
