Court Appointed Attorneys Needed

Domestic Relations Court is seeking attorneys in good standing to be added to the Court Appointed Attorney list. In Domestic Relations Court contempt proceedings, parties who are indigent and have not waived their right to counsel are appointed attorneys through the Butler County Public Defender Office. However, there are situations where the Public Defender has a conflict with a party. It is for these conflict cases that the Court appoints an Attorney from a list of attorneys who have agreed to serve in this capacity.
