Final Hearings on Non-Contested Divorce Cases

Effective March 9, 2022, the Case Management office will only set a final hearing on Non-Contested Divorce Cases (cases where there has been service or an approved waiver) after the court, through its Case Management Office, has received an approved original Decree and the appropriate number of copies.
