On February 8, 2022, the Domestic Relations Court published a proposed local rule for comment that would allow for appointment of mediation services. In order to implement this proposed local rule, applications for mediators are necessary. Therefore, the Court is seeking applications for mediators to be included in its newly created mediator list. The proposed local rule is attached to the memorandum as well as the application.
