Re:  Butler County Domestic Relations – E-Submission – Attorney Only

The Butler County Court of Common Pleas Domestic Relations Division is pleased to announce the launch of an e-Submission Portal.  This is exciting news for our court and the county. For now, this system is for use by attorneys only.  A separate announcement will be sent out when the system is open to all members of the public.

Effective February 1, 2023, attorneys shall be required to submit all new documents – excluding Continuance Motions AND documents that have been previously submitted and still require approval- for the Court’s Case Management office using the e-Submission portal.  Continuance Motions and any pending documents for approval must be submitted via email at casemanagement@butlercountyohio.org or dropped off to the court.   Any emails submitted for case management that are sent to another court email may not get processed.

Effective February 1, 2023, fax submissions will no longer be accepted.

You must register and request an account which is done at the e-Submission link below.   A link to the Instructions to create an account and submitting documents is below.  All of this information can also be found on the court’s website drcourt.bcohio.gov
