Filing Fee Increase Effective October 22, 2018

Effective October 22,2018, filing fees for actions in the Common Pleas Court Division of Domestic Relations, Butler County, Ohio, shall be as follows below. Specifically, the minimum Guardian Ad Litem deposit shall be set at $1,200.00.
