Guardian ad litem

The role of the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) is to gather and assess all available relevant information regarding the child(ren) and to submit final recommendations, focused on the best interests of the child(ren), to the Court. At the conclusion of each hearing, the Court will determine how the payment of GAL fees shall be divided.
